The PureBit recruiting and staffing method, is one of the most rigorous screening processes in the industry. Every applicant’s resume is evaluated by our in-house technical team to determine whether the candidate is a match for our client's specific need. If the initial evaluation is affirmative, our specialized recruiters will then initiate an in-depth interview to determine whether an applicant is worthy of our stamp of approval. We test technical prowess in their area of expertise and delve into peripheral skills that may be helpful to our client. Not only are technical skills confirmed, but also applicants are evaluated on personality and communication. With the successful completion of the interview phase we move to reference checking. Our recruiters speak with the managers of the applicant's last 3 projects related to the skill-set for which our client is hiring. We also require 3 peer references. Only once the applicant has successfully completed this meticulous screening method do we present them to the client.
